Telescopic Window Cleaning Poles

A telescopic pole puts a squeegee or washer head on glass that is out of arm’s reach without putting a ladder against the building. Poles here extend from 2m to 9m, and the working height is roughly the pole length plus the operator’s reach.
Reach by pole length

2m — high interior glass, stairwells and just-out-of-reach ground-floor windows.
4m — roughly double-storey glass from the ground.
6m — roughly triple-storey, the practical limit for squeegee control.
9m — roughly four storeys, best paired with a water-fed brush head rather than a squeegee.

Past about 6m, controlling a squeegee stroke accurately from the ground becomes difficult, which is the point at which most cleaners move to a water-fed pole and purified water instead. Poles take standard squeegee and washer heads.
